1 Legal:

Molecular hydrogen, or split water as HHO gas, is not listed in the European Pharmacopoeia. This is important because the administration of a substance that has metabolic effects in humans and is therefore a medicinal product, must be carried out by a product that is a certified medical device. This is not the case here, as H2 and HHO are not medicinal products. Furthermore, European law stipulates that medical devices are those products that are intended by the manufacturer for use in humans with a medical purpose. Medical devices are primarily classified according to their physical purpose. H2 and bioenergetic gas do not have a physical effect, but have the effects described here. An HHO generator produces hydrogen and is not developed for medical purposes, but for energy production and normal regeneration as well as for well-being. Since it was originally developed as an energy generator - and it still is today, except that the energy in every organism can also be stimulated and can also have an antioxidant effect through the energetic reaction of the release of the electron, which is a natural process - H2, HHO and Bioenergize Gas is a support in the energy supply, the regulation up to normal and has proven health-promoting effects, which can also be a support in medical treatment.

The H2 med (molecular energize diflow) systems, which generate water into two energetic gases from two flow channels, and the bioenergizers, which convert water into up to five different gases (H, H2, O, O2, H2O vapor, and water plasma) in a single-channel process, are therefore wellness and regulatory therapy devices, as they were primarily developed for energy generation but can also increase energy in humans. Just like many natural activities, such as breathing, swimming, exercise, and positive thinking, they "only" stimulate natural regulation.

It cannot be denied that H2 has also proven metabolic effects through studies and can benefit the health of humans, animals and plants.

The hydrogen and bioenergetic gas (Brown's gas) produced by the devices offered here can be dissolved in water and consumed, or simply released into the air. It can be applied to the skin or hair. If you want to inhale it, you must use a certified product, such as a nasal cannula manufactured in accordance with the Medical Devices Act.

2. Applications as hydrogen therapy:

This practice does not fall under the regulated medical professions, unlike physiotherapy or psychotherapy, where therapists must demonstrate appropriate training, qualifications, and licensure. Any qualified health professional can perform this therapy. However, we strongly recommend completing training as an H2 and HHO therapist to demonstrate qualification. This will soon be offered here.

3. Auslobung:

Therapists, doctors, sellers, shops, wellness centers, fitness centers are not allowed to offer the devices as medical therapy devices, nor are they allowed to make any claims about medical effects, but they are not prohibited from naming the results of the regulation, as well as the results discovered in scientific studies.

In contrast to IHHT therapy, in which oxygen is introduced into the body, which, like an oxygen device, delivers medical oxygen listed in the European Pharmacopeia, or a cold chamber, which physically acts on the body, a hydrogen oxygen generator does not require medical approval, as it only splits water into the gases and then makes it available by releasing it into the room air or water, or by inhaling it through a medically approved nasal cannula.

Just as a stay at a climatic spa can bring about metabolic improvements, H2 and bioenergetic gas can increase energy, thus having an energetic and regulating, antioxidant, and regulatory effect. By enforcing regulation via the subtle level, H2 med (molecular energize diflow) is a novel form of improving health, quality of life, and regulation. We distance ourselves from the terms medicine and healing.
